For builders and developers

Your buyers can't walk a community that isn't built yet. This lets them.

Kestrel Point is a concept community I designed to show what a complete presale experience looks like: renders, video, branding and an interactive website, all built from one site plan in about two weeks.

From plan to presale

  1. Start with your plan

    01

    Start with your plan

Your CAD or PDF site plan becomes a clean, illustrated master plan. Every road, lot and amenity locked in first.

  2. Bring it to life

    02

    Bring it to life

Aerials, street views and interiors that match your actual layout, home plans and finishes.

  3. Tell the story

    03

    Tell the story

Branding, copy and a day-in-the-life narrative that helps buyers picture themselves there.

  4. On-Site Signage

    04

    On-Site Signage

The same brand goes up on the property before construction begins, so the first thing the public sees is the finished community, not an empty field.

  5. The Kestrel Point website on a laptop, showing the interactive site map.

    05

    Launch the experience

An interactive website with a clickable site map, video and lead capture, ready before you break ground.

From land to living community

Every community starts as empty land. This is the same site, from raw parcel to finished plan to a community lit up at night.

Raw land to finished community, all from one site plan.

Inside every home

From a townhome to a lakefront estate, buyers can see how each home lives before it's built.

What's included

  • Illustrated day and night site plans
  • A hero aerial of the full community
  • Eye-level renders of every product type and amenity
  • Interior renders of every home type: kitchen and living, primary bedroom and primary bath.
  • Short cinematic video clips
  • Community logo and brand system
  • Interactive website with site map, timeline and lead form
  • All copy and storytelling

Why one designer instead of five vendors

Faster

About two weeks, not two to three months of coordinating agencies.

Consistent

One person owns the plan, the visuals, the story and the site, so everything matches.

Accurate

Everything starts from your site plan, so what buyers see is what you're building.
